E-Invoice - Income Tax Electronic Invoice Rules 2024: Effective October 1

The Income Tax (Issuance of Electronic Invoice) Rules 2024 [P.U. (A) 265] has been gazetted effective from 1 October 2024.

The rules are issued in accordance with the power conferred to Minister to prescribe a person to issue an e-Invoice and the particulars to be included in the e-Invoice.
